About time tracking
Does clocking in on the phone count as time tracking?
Electronic time tracking is provided for in the Ministry of Labor's regulations, with its own technical requirements. In a real purchase, check with the vendor and with legal counsel whether the system meets the type of recording the company uses.
Does it work offline?

Is location mandatory?
No. The company decides whether to ask for location, and the person is told before their first punch.
