Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. The difference is prorated on the next invoice.
Is there a minimum number of people?
The minimum charge is 20 people, the size Vela was designed for.
What happens if I go over 300 people?
Nothing stops: the Completo plan covers more than that, and we'll talk about volume pricing.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank slip and credit card on the monthly plan; bank slip or transfer on the annual one.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the Essencial and Profissional plans. On Completo, the assisted rollout is included in the first year.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
On the monthly plan, yes, with no fee. On the annual one, with 30 days' notice and a prorated fee described in the contract.
Do I keep my data if I cancel?
Yes. You export everything to a spreadsheet before closing the account and the data is deleted after the legal retention period.
