How long does it take to get started?
Two weeks on average: we import people, salaries and benefits from your spreadsheet or current system, and the first payroll already runs on Vela.
Do I need to stop operations to switch systems?
No. During the rollout, the month's payroll stays as it is; Vela takes over from the next pay period, with a side-by-side check.
Do you help import the data from the spreadsheet?
Yes. You send the spreadsheet as it is and our team organizes the import with you.
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the Essencial and Profissional plans. On Completo, the assisted rollout is included in the first year.
