How the math works
- Provisions: the 13th salary and vacation with 1/3 are paid once a year, but the math divides by 12 to show each month's cost.
- Payroll taxes: FGTS and employer INSS apply to the salary and to the provisions.
- Simples Nacional: the employer contribution is within the DAS, so only FGTS shows up separately (applies to annexes I, II, III and V).
- Transportation voucher: the company pays whatever exceeds 6% of the person's salary.
