Hours bank: how much is left over, how much is short and when to offset it.
Drag each day's hours. The waterline is the contracted schedule: above it is credit, below it is debit.
Your week is set up
See the hours balance, the projection for the coming weeks and whether any day went over the legal limit.
The rules the simulator uses
- Daily limit: up to 2 hours of overtime per day, and never more than 10 hours in total when offsetting.
- Deadline: 6 months under a written individual agreement, 1 year under a collective agreement, and the same month under a tacit individual agreement.
- Deadline passed: an unoffset positive balance is paid as overtime, with a premium of at least 50%.
- Outside the simulator: breaks, night work, Sundays and holidays, and the category's collective agreement rules.
The hours bank up to date, with no parallel spreadsheet.
At Vela, each person's balance and offset deadline show up in time tracking on their own.
When you submit, you'll receive content from Vela about the demo and the HR routine. You can leave the list whenever you want.
